1. Shipping Carriers
Tinsomer partners with trusted carriers, including USPS, Ontrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, and others. The carrier for your shipment is determined based on your delivery location and the item being shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for specific carriers. Our goal is to ensure timely delivery, and we appreciate your understanding.
Tinsomer is responsible for processing and shipping your order on time. However, delays caused by carriers due to holidays, natural disasters (e.g., severe weather), or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We will assist you in resolving any issues to protect your rights as a customer.
2. Business Days
A business day refers to any day except Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays, or days when banks are closed due to legal or governmental actions.
3. Processing Time
Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before shipping, depending on the product ordered. Processing time includes order verification, product creation, and packaging.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 12-17 business days after shipment. Delivery times are based on carrier estimates and may vary due to holidays, natural disasters, or other factors. Tracking links are provided for all shipments to monitor delivery status.
5. Shipping Fees

6. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping but cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes.
7. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
8. Lost Orders
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within four days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover reprinting and reshipping costs. If the tracking information indicates delivery but the package is not received, contact us immediately. Additional steps, such as confirming the shipping address or contacting the local post office, may be required.
9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will incur reshipping fees:
- $7 per item for U.S. addresses
- $10 per item for international addresses
If the package is not returned to our facility, customers must place a new order. Tinsomer will notify you if your order is returned.
10. Returned to Sender
Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed customs, or refusal will result in a notification. Additional shipping fees will apply to reship the package. Contact us to update your address or determine how to proceed.
11. Delivered but Not Received
In rare cases where tracking indicates delivery but the package is not received, please contact us for assistance. Often, packages are left in unexpected locations (e.g., back porch or under a table). Contact the courier for additional details before reaching out.
12. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email a photo of the item to [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
