2. Account & Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to place orders.
  • Account Creation: Creating an account is optional but may enhance your shopping experience. Guest checkout is also available.
  • Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for billing, shipping, and order fulfillment. Tinsomer is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect details.

3. Product Information

  • Customization: All Tinsomer products are made-to-order and based on customer-selected designs, messages, or specifications. Please review all selections carefully before submitting your order.
  • Product Images: We make every effort to display product images accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and production methods.
  • Product Availability: We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, design, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Processing & Acceptance

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming we have received your order. This does not mean your order is accepted.
  • Order Acceptance: An order is accepted only after payment is completed and production has been verified.
  • Cancellations & Changes:
    • Custom orders can be canceled within 1 hour of order placement if production has not started.
    • Non-custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours.
    • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

5. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and PayPal.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar).
  • Security: Payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers (PayPal and Stripe). Tinsomer does not store your credit card information.
  • Billing Errors: If your payment fails or is flagged for fraud, your order will not be processed until updated payment information is provided.

6. Shipping Policy

  • Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS, Yun Express, SDH Express, Yanwen Express, or similar carriers.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment and customization confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • USA: 12–15 business days
    • International: 12–17 business days
  • Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We accept return or exchange requests for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. Custom-made items are final sale unless they meet one of these criteria.
  • Return Window: You must submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.
  • Process: Contact [email protected] with your order number and description of the issue. Include clear photos if applicable.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days upon receipt of returned goods.
