1. Shipping Carriers & Fulfillment Process

We work with trusted logistics partners including USPS, Yun Express, SDH Express, Yanwen Express, and other reliable global carriers.

  • Carrier selection depends on the destination, product type, and shipping availability.
  • We are unable to accommodate specific carrier requests. Our goal is to choose the safest and most efficient delivery option for your location.

1.2 Order Processing:

  • Order Verification & Production: All Tinsomer keychains are custom-made upon order. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing, customization, quality check, and packing.
  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+7) will be processed the following business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times & Service Area

2.1 Delivery Times:

  • United States: Standard shipping transit time is typically 12–15 business days (excluding processing).
  • International: Most international deliveries take 12–17 business days, depending on the country, customs clearance, and local courier performance.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: On average, you can expect to receive your order within 15–22 business days from the date of purchase.

2.2 Service Area:

We ship worldwide to most countries supported by our shipping partners.
We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Military bases or restricted zones

3. Shipping Fees & Additional Costs

  • Free Shipping Promotions: May be offered during limited-time events or specific campaigns (clearly displayed at checkout).
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders): Recipients are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country. These costs are not included in our pricing.

Shipping Fees Based on Quantity

Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of items in your cart. The more items you order, the better the shipping value.

5. Customer Responsibility & Special Cases

5.1 Failed Delivery or Return to Sender:

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • Reshipping fees apply:
    • $7 for domestic (USA)
    • $10 for international orders

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Check around your delivery area and with neighbors
  • Contact your local post office or delivery partner

5.2 Lost or Stuck Shipments:

If your package appears to be lost or is stuck in transit:

  • We will investigate with the carrier
  • If confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund

5.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

6. Important Notices & Exceptions

  • Delivery Delays: Tinsomer is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, weather disruptions, customs inspections, labor strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.
  • Unpaid Duties or Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery due to import duties/taxes, or if the package is returned or destroyed by customs, we cannot refund shipping fees.
